Handhelds

Westhold handhelds are used to display times for various types of racing such as oval, road, off-road, drag and autocross racing. With a line-of-site range range of up to 1.5 miles everyone from the racers in the paddocks to the timing officials and fans can get into the action.

Lapceiver

The Lapceiver hand-held is a small, compact device used to display times coming from scoring systems. Its ease of use and large display make it an ideal device to use during races or practice. Lapceiver has 5 memory banks, each capable of storing 500 laptimes. Times can be downloaded via a USB cable to a PC for archiving and further analysis.

Lapceiver Transmitter

The Lapceiver Transmitter hooks to a PC via a USB cable and sends the scoring system laptimes to the Lapceiver hand-held. With a line-of-site range of up to 1.5 miles. It is capable of a very wide area of coverage.

Lapceiver Software

The Lapceiver Transmitter can be operated either using Race Manager timing software with integrated Lapceiver Transmitter controller or it can operate with LapceiverTx software. LapceiverTx is capable of taking a data feed from sources other than Westhold's timing systems. Please inquire about other systems.
